appointment with a seller? Make sure you’re talking to

site. I had a call one time when I was already looking a
house near where this seller’s house was, so I just went
on over. After about an hour of looking and negotiating,
I found out that the seller wasn’t the only seller. The
Uncle was the other seller, and he lived at the beach
and did not really want to sell the house. I could have
been working towards something that I could actually buy
or have been home with my family.
So, make sure you have all the sellers, or your contact
is the seller early in the conversation on the phone.
